  3. rout,unlawful assembly and affray and created
  4. a new expanded range of statutory offences:
  5. riot, violent disorder, affray, threatening
  6. behaviour, and disorderly conduct. These are
  7. all arrestable offences that may be committed
  8. in both private and public places.
